Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in their search for a Regional Support Manager to support a growing portfolio of luxury homes across the South West of the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion high-quality clinical practices across the portfolio of homes by offering expert guidance and fostering innovative approaches to service delivery.Ensure the homes consistently deliver top-tier, personalised care and planning that meets residents' unique needs.Work alongside the Home Managers of underperforming services to design and implement action plans that achieve quality and compliance goals.Provide guidance to Home Managers on policies and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance with company and industry regulations.Work collaboratively with Home Managers to develop and execute Service Improvement Plans, fostering ongoing quality improvement.Step into the role of Home Manager as required, embodying a proactive leadership style to effectively address challenges.RequirementsMust be a qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating effective leadership in well performing homes.A track record of delivering high-quality care, evidenced by positive CQC inspections.Strong abilities in leading and mentoring teams to reach their full potential.In-depth understanding of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please contact Gareth Guyll directly on 02392 417 100.
