Job Scope: As the Regional Service Line Manager (SLM), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional Service Line strategy for sizers and related technologies, while providing a deep technical approach to the sales process.
You will work closely with the sales team and incoming Solutions Specialists to steer, coordinate, and prioritize initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence in the region.
? Your responsibilities: With expertise in sizing, crushing, and comminution processes, you will guide clients through technical discussions, providing tailored solutions that improve their operations and mechanical systems performance.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of equipment, including sizers, and provide on-site support through inspections and measurements to ensure optimal system performance, and manage rebuild projects.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing strong client relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.
Serve as the key technical advisor for customers, bringing a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, crushing, sizing, and operations to every business opportunity.
You will help customers optimize their processes, reduce downtime, and improve throughput.
What you bring: Experience in crushing, sizing, or comminution, with a strong focus on operations and mechanical systems.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated experience with sizers and related equipment, including installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems.
Experience in managing rebuilds, troubleshooting, and ensuring the ongoing performance of installed equipment.
Hands-on experience with equipment installations, inspections, measurements, and troubleshooting in a field environment.
Familiarity with rebuild projects, including diagnosing equipment issues and recommending corrective actions to enhance performance.
Ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
