About the role As the Regional Sales Manager you are working closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand across NSW.
This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer who has an exceptional track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance.
Job DescriptionMonitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targetsUsing initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomesLeading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targetsTraining and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional serviceManaging rosters to maximise showroom staff coverageIdentify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showroomsMaintaining the highest standards of visual merchandisingQualificationsHave significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teamsCan demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilising KPIsExceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaintsHave sales experience in similar premium showroom environmentsAre highly organised and have excellent time managementCan demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including; customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performanceTo apply for this exciting role, please submit a detailed resume in your application
