Regional Sales Manager – Mackay Region Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive business growth in the Mackay Branch , covering the Bowen Basin region.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 3 (1 storeman, 2 junior team members) Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships Exceed sales and profitability targets while managing working capital Conduct technical presentations, underground audits, and pull testing Support existing customers and promote new products Engage in sales negotiations and ensure service levels are met Domestic travel and underground work required What's on Offer: $150k + Super + lucrative incentives Company vehicle (Wild Track Ranger), fuel, accommodation, and meal allowance High-growth potential in an untapped market About You: Strong sales management experience within the mining industry Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor a team Solid technical knowledge of core markets and excellent communication skills Self-motivated with a strong business acumen and a record of driving business growth If you are a results-driven leader with mining experience, our client would love to hear from you!
