We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager.
Based in our Altona Office, reporting to the General Manager East Australia, this role will support the Eastern Australia Dealerships by driving market share and focusing on generating greater market penetration and increasing machine population of all Landpower products in East Australia.
What is the job?
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the EA Sales Team and providing guidance to ensure our sales targets are achieved. Strengthening sales with deep customer insights and expert knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs. Setting weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through dynamic sales and marketing strategies while keeping a sharp eye on competitors. Building strong relationships with our dealerships and customers to ensure growth in market share. Working with the General Manager – EA and Marketing Team on local marketing initiatives. Ensuring that our existing dealers and customers are well communicated with and enjoy a strong level of trust with regard to the sale and support for their products. Collaborating with support functions to ensure continuous improvement of a positive team culture & morale. Who are you? You are an experienced sales leader with proven experience in driving a good culture and inspiring people to achieve. With a proven background of successful sales in a similar role and industry you know how to get results. You are a great negotiator, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. You have excellent written and verbal communication delivered with professionalism. With a strong affinity with farming, agriculture and those that work the land you are passionate about gearing up farmers to succeed.
