About the role As the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand across VIC.
This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer who has an exceptional track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance.
Job Description Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targetsUsing initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomesLeading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targetsTraining and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional serviceManaging rosters to maximise showroom staff coverageIdentifying opportunities to drive customer traffic into showroomsMaintaining the highest standards of visual merchandisingQualifications Significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teamsProven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilising KPIsExceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaintsSales experience in similar premium showroom environmentsHighly organised with excellent time managementHigh levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performanceTo apply for this exciting role, please submit a detailed resume with your application.
