Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and ambitious BDM/Regional Sales Manager to lead our market expansion efforts in Australia. This is a strategic leadership role that will significantly impact the company's growth in the region. The successful candidate will drive sales efforts across various sectors, including power grid companies, private enterprises, and government sectors, while growing a supporting team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a substantial contribution in a dynamic and growing organisation poised for significant market presence. In return, this company is set to distribute up to 50% of the net profit to their core leadership employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage industry contacts to open new markets with power grid companies, large enterprises, and microgrids.Lead sales efforts for main grid surveillance & monitoring equipment, microgrid solutions, renewables, energy storage (BESS), and power automation solutions.Manage and expand a team from 5 to 10 people, providing leadership and strategic direction.Develop and manage public relations and market planning strategies to increase brand visibility and foster partnerships.Navigate government and private tender processes, ensuring successful bids.RequirementsProven industry contacts and experience in the main grid, electricity, power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.Experience in public relations and team management, with the ability to scale the team.Strong track record in managing tender processes and securing government and private contracts.Knowledge of the Australian energy market is a plus.You must be in Australia and with long-term full working rights.BenefitsWork with a team of professionals with a likely mindset and hunger for success.Backed by a large support and technology team.Very competitive salary package with equity options.Up to 50% of the net profit to their leadership employees.Application Process We encourage candidates who are passionate about making a difference and possess the necessary experience and skills to apply.
