About the role: Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage across Greater Sydney and Central West regional areasCertificate IV in Commercial CookeryMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settingsFood Safety Supervisory CertificationCreate hero moments for customersCreate nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services programEnsure detailed compliance with the food safety programOversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and eventsAt Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
