The Northern Tasmanian Development Corporation (NTDC) is a regional development agency owned by seven Local Government Authorities.

The role In this role, you will work with a regional planning group to review the Regional Land Use Strategy and deliver other planning priorities for Northern Tasmania.
You will be responsible for:
Providing executive support to the Regional Planning Group Coordinating input into the review of the Northern Tasmania Regional Land Use Strategy Drafting documentation relating to project management and procurement of contract service providers Working with strategic partners related to the review and managing their involvement expectations Coordinating and co-hosting events and workshops Assisting NTDC team with other projects of regional significance This role is offered as a 12-month contract with the option to work a minimum of 0.6 FTE with flexibility for additional hours as project stages require.

What you will bring to the role We are looking for a coordinator with excellent project management skills who can collaborate to achieve great things.
You will have:
A strong understanding of, and experience in, project management and delivery of similar work Strategic thinking, with the ability to align work plans and projects to regional strategies A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships with diverse partners The ability to build and develop collaborative networks to build trust and achieve objectives Although not essential, demonstrated experience in planning is desirable Excellent time and task management skills To be considered, your application must address the selection criteria concisely in a two-page letter of introduction and include a copy of your CV.
