Job Title: Regional Project Controls Manager – Asia Pacific (APAC) Wood is recruiting for a Regional Project Controls Manager – Asia Pacific (APAC) to join our Operations business.
Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role and is available on a full-time / part-time (job share) basis.
You will be a multidisciplinary functional leader across all of project controls and will support and assure delivery excellence for the Operations Asia Pacific business.
Your responsibilities will include: Functional management and development of project control resources.
Governance of project control practices and procedures.
Functional oversight of the performance of all project control work.

Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar Project Controls Manager role, underpinned by 20+ years of relevant onshore & offshore project experience (design to implementation) supporting a complex portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline would also be advantageous.
In addition, you will: Have an advanced level of expertise across all disciplines of project controls, typically gained by significant industry experience.
Have an excellent understanding of the principles and techniques of both Project Management & Project Controls, including: Planning Cost Control Estimating Change Control Risk Analysis Be an articulate communicator (both written and verbal) with well-developed technical report writing and professional presentation skills.
Be a leader of people, capable of influencing, coaching, and engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation to energise diverse teams to adopt best practices, with safety at the heart of everything we do.
Be customer-focused with the ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
