Regional Procurement Lead, Sustainability

Your Impact Play a critical role in driving our sustainability and supplier innovation strategies.
This role centres around leading initiatives that enhance Asahi's sustainable procurement practices, aligning closely with our core values and long-term goals.
You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Supply, and serve as the central contact for sustainability procurement across the Oceania region.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, your key accountabilities and deliverables will be to;
Lead and execute strategic sustainability initiatives within procurement to elevate business performance and support Asahi's long-term goals Develop action plans with defined targets and responsibilities to address key sustainability challenges Drive the execution of procurement goals focusing on Sustainability and Innovation. Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to create and implement coordinated sustainability plans Monitor and track sustainability metrics, including objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with governance and policies Promote a culture of sustainability, leading education and communications around initiatives like Climate Action, Water Stewardship, and Circular Packaging Oversee and align Modern Slavery & Human Rights Due Diligence and support building capability in teams to deliver our goals in these areas. About you: With a strong background in sustainability and supply chain management, (experience in brewing operations highly desirable), you will demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders with a change agent mindset.
In addition, you will have the demonstrated ability to uphold company values and maintain a strong ethical approach.
