Key Responsibilities: Negotiate lease variations and ensure compliance with owner requirements. Prepare business cases for lease options and conduct financial analysis. Maintain lease structures to enhance long-term competitiveness. Monitor property conditions and develop strategies for improvement. Foster strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders. Key Skills Required: Degree qualified in Property, Business, Commerce, or related field. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with retail management and property development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
