Your role
As the Regional Planning and Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of coordinating and optimizing operational planning across multiple berry farms. Leading the planning and analytics team, you will use data-driven insights to enhance resource allocation, streamline labour planning, and support harvest activities. This role offers the chance to influence regional outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and lead significant growth projects. This role is pivotal in shaping operational success, focusing on planning analytics, resource optimization, and managing seasonal labour across farms in the region.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Resource Planning: Optimize labour allocation across farms, ensuring timely and effective support for operational and harvest activities.Data-Driven Insights: Lead the Planning and Analytics team to develop actionable insights that improve harvest efficiency and operational decision-making.Seasonal Labour Coordination: Plan and manage seasonal labour deployment, balancing competing priorities to maximize productivity and outcomes.Regional Project Management: Oversee key growth initiatives, working closely with farm managers, national teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.Operational Support: Collaborate with farm managers to ensure critical processes are executed on time and align with regional strategies.Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in resource management, cost mitigation, and operational efficiency.About You

Skills and Experience:
5+ years in horticultural or agricultural team leadership roles, with a focus on planning and operations.Expertise in resource optimization, labour planning, and analytics.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Tertiary qualification in Horticulture, Business, or a related field (preferred).Training in team leadership and management.Join a collaborative and innovative work environment with:
