Regional Partnerships Leader – VIC North West Part-time Clinic: National Clinic Support Department: Medical Parternships Kieser is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Clinics. Our clinical team consists of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists. Kieser Australia is a growing, national allied healthcare provider who approaches medical referral relationships with a partnership mindset. Our priority is to provide a tailored service for our referrers, a caring approach to their patients & deliver optimal clinical outcomes. The Regional Partnership Leader is responsible for overseeing medical specialist relationships, clinical excellence standards, and mentorship of our clinical team within a geographical region. Due to the recent restructure, the Medical Partnerships team are seeking a Regional Partnership Leader (RPL) to service the VIC North West region. Reporting to the Head of Medical Partnerships , each RPL works closely with their medical partners, tailoring their patient's Kieser experience in accordance to the specialist's preferences and clinical goals. This role is suited to an experienced clinician with proven performance excellence , strong leadership capability and someone looking for diversity in their career pathway. You will be responsible for: Servicing North West Region clinics - Werribee, Essendon and NEW! Spotswood (opening soon) Managing and growing medical specialist relationships within their geographical region Developing innovative commercial solutions leading to collaborative partnerships Educating the medical specialist community on relevant health benefits of long-term strength training Triaging medical referred patients throughout Kieser network Providing thorough handovers to Kieser clinicians of medically referred clients, medical specialist preferences in mind *This is a dual role with the ability to work across RPL (3 days) and a clinical discipline (2 days per week). Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously with key stakeholders Ability to recognise commercial opportunity, and validate with examples Lead by example through clinical performance and maintain organisational standards Practice Kieser values in both RPL and clinical roles Demonstrate a dynamic growth mindset and be willing to evolve to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business Demonstrate strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills 2 week induction.All clinical and RPL training to be provided in house.
