In this role, you will coach and assist Franchise Partners to grow their business through brand alignment and sales-driven initiatives.Reporting to the GM of Operations, as the Regional Operations Manager you'll be primarily responsible for:Delivering consistent results in the areas of sales growth, profitability and cost management (COGS, labour and other manageable controllables).Delivering an exceptional San Churro customer experience and driving operational excellence across your market.Acting as the first point of contact between Franchise Partners and Support Office and maintaining positive relationships in order to effect positive change.Providing feedback to Support Office from your market and Franchise Partners.Support in rolling out new programs and initiatives.About YouThe San Churro Familia is passionate about what we do and what we offer, and take this on with pride and a sense of adventure.
