This role is committed to fostering a customer-centric culture in alignment with Keyton's Core Values, ensuring maximum resident satisfaction across all teams and stakeholder groups.The successful candidate will focus on developing village and asset strategies, budgets, providing leadership and operational expertise to the northern NSW/Sydney villages as well as work collaboratively with the other Regional Operations Manager (NSW southern region) to achieve regional targets and key regional outcomes.The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, with regular travel to sites across their villages in NSW.At Keyton, we are one team, and our Regional Operations Manager will embody our values every day:Connect as One Team: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align regional operations with Keyton's overall vision and goals.Realise the Opportunities: Champion innovative approaches and technologies to improve operational efficiency and resident experience.Make Room for Kindness: Shape and promote a culture of kindness and empathy at all levels of Keyton, ensuring it is embedded in decision making and daily operations.Find the Fun: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive and enjoyable work environmentLead with Heart: Mentor and develop village teams, creating a pipeline of future leaders and ensuring succession planning.About YouYour proactive and driven attitude will see you succeed in the team, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver wellbeing outcomes. Effective stakeholder engagement, strong communication and team management will be key to your success in this role, as will:Strong leadership capability with a preference for adopting a collaborative approach to decision making and focus on delivering resultsStrong financial reporting and budget management skillsPossessing an in-depth understanding of the Retirement Living Act and have proven experience in its implementationAdvanced interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholdersA current Australian Driving LicenceAsset and property management experience is desirable (preferably in Retirement or Hospitality industry) in a leadership/senior management capacity.Ready to Join the Fun?If you're passionate about leading a vibrant and caring community for retirees, we'd love to hear from you!
