Regional Operations Manager - Northern RegionWe are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Regional Operations Manager to join Northern Region Management Team.

About your new role:
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing key operational activities across the region to achieve safety, operational excellence, financial objectives, compliance standards, and a high performing workplace culture by championing safety, our values, and continuous improvement to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Support branch operations at a regional level with:Inventory Management – annual stocktakes, budgets, excess and obsolete stockProcess Compliance with QMS, D365 & CGL policies and ProceduresIdentify and implement Continuous Improvement OpportunitiesStrategic InitiativesManage ISO 9001:2015 / branch compliance auditsEnsure facilities are being maintained to the highest standardSupport region with Company ERP – D365, by providing support for all business processes, conducting user training where required, and ensuring system maintenance is being completed as per approved checklistAssisting assigned branches to achieve set KPIsProvide support, leadership, and mentoring of colleaguesWhat we are looking for: Working experience and knowledge of the operations environmentAbility to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility to travel as required to assigned branch networkAbility to work autonomously and be self-driven from any branch locationExperience using D365, MS Office suitePersonal Attributes: Ability to establish, develop, and maintain trust and confidence with line managers, direct reports, and other key stakeholdersAbility to work effectively consistent with policies, procedures, and agreed performance and behavioural expectationsDemonstrated capacity to effectively give and receive constructive feedbackAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage competing prioritiesHow to Apply:
