About the role The Regional Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including labour management, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety. They will represent the company in regulatory matters and drive operational procedures and systems improvements.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the division across NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, and PNG to achieve goals and key performance indicators, emphasising financial performance, client experience, team motivation, compliance, preventative maintenance, workforce planning, and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services. Optimise labour and resources to meet operational demands effectively. Address escalated complaints and quality issues promptly to maintain service excellence. Take ownership of revenue, gross margin, overheads, and base profit budgets. Implement strategic financial management practices to enhance profitability and productivity. Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient budget management. Drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by cultivating strong client relationships. Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Ensure 100% compliance with preventative maintenance obligations and relevant legislation. Encourage collaboration and teamwork to enhance productivity and morale. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth strategies and expansion opportunities. Develop effective reporting strategies for monitoring operational performance. Formulate comprehensive budgetary plans and ensure accurate and timely budget management. Implement workforce planning principles to optimise field performance and resource utilisation. Collaborate with other managers and leaders to ensure successful project delivery. As a minimum, you must have:
