This is an exciting mobile opportunity for an experienced residential aged care Regional Operations Manager to lead and inspire a group of hardworking and effective managers in our high-performing north-west region.

This leadership role includes taking responsibility for all aspects of business management, ensuring the highest standards, compliance, and governance of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical frameworks are met, along with a commercially focused lens.
Based in our north-west region, you will need a current drivers licence and vehicle to drive between sites located in Whittlesea, Donvale, Fitzroy North and Altona North five days per week.
