Management - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to lead and elevate our Branch and Regional teams.This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong background in Labour Hire and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance.As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance of multiple branches, ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients and maximising revenue growth.You'll lead a high-performing team, champion innovation, and influence the direction of the business through strategic thinking and impactful decision-making.Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will:Lead and optimise branch operations across the region to achieve business growth and exceed performance targets.Develop and mentor senior leaders, driving a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.Oversee recruitment methodologies, client compliance, and candidate onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with national standards.Strengthen client relationships, ensuring service excellence and the identification of new business opportunities.Manage financial performance, including budgeting, profitability, and cost control, while ensuring operational efficiency.Implement strategies for market expansion, ensuring alignment with Zoom's national goals and service delivery standards.Champion workplace safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to WHS regulations and fostering a safe environment.To succeed in this challenging, 'hands on' and varied role, you will be able to demonstrate:Extensive leadership experience within the Labour Hire or Recruitment industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-branch operations.Expertise in driving financial performance, client relationship management, and operational efficiency.Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with experience leading senior teams.Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and change management.In-depth knowledge of industry compliance, including WHS and recruitment standards.If you're an accomplished leader seeking a role with a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!Apply now or for a confidential discussion, please call Danielle Coulton on 0484 238 895.
