Region: South West region (covering Portishead, Bristol, Salisbury, Winchester, Warminster and Dorset). Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: Up to £38,000 dependent on qualifications and experience

About you
You are a dedicated education specialist Level 3 or above, who has worked as a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery Manager and is now looking for a new challenge within Learning and Development.
In this pivotal role, you will support early years educators, enhancing their skills and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality education so your passion for education and the importance the role of educators play in our sector will be put to good use, as will your natural openness and warm, positive outlook.
What you'll be doing
As a Regional Nursery Coach for Storal's South West region, you'll ensure a culture of excellence, high standards and continuous improvement across the nurseries you support.
Your detailed knowledge of child development and different pedagogical approaches will help you to provide coaching and mentorship to nursery staff across your region, assisting in the development and implementation of educational programmes that align with EYFS standards.

You will:
Collaborate with nursery managers to assess and enhance educational outcomesSupport curriculum development and innovation in teaching practicesFacilitate workshops and training sessions to build staff capacity and drive educational excellence, mentoring EY Educators and modelling best practiceEnsure consistently high quality teaching and learningCoach management teams on bringing our curriculum to lifeSupport teams to work in partnership with parents on their child's learningWhat you'll need Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above)A driver's license and access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to multiple locations some of which are not on public transport routesProven experience in an educational or coaching role within the early years sectorComprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate staffA commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovationExperience in Nursery Management as either a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery ManagerStrong verbal communication skills particularly when used in mentoring and coaching approachesProficient in active listening to understand barriers that educators may be facingPassion for the important role our educators play in our sector and with our young childrenExperience working with all age groups within Early YearsWhat you'll get Competitive salaryFuel card and travel stipend50% childcare discountAnnual wellness day offAccess to retail and other discounts through Perkbox20 days holidays (plus bank holiday), increasing to 22 days after 2 years service and 25 days after 5 years serviceDedicated learning and development supportAccess to one-to-one confidential counselling sessions through our Employee Assistance ProgrammeAbout us
