About the role selectability is seeking a dynamic and creative regional marketing officer to join our team.
This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts across the region, ensuring our services reach those who need them most.
As a regional marketing officer, you'll be the vital link between our corporate marketing and communications team and our 16 locations across regional Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Marketing campaigns: collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with local operational goals Content development: assist in the creation of region-specific marketing and promotional materials Coordinate local advertising contracts: this includes booking interviews, and coordinating ad production and placement for radio and print advertising Regional engagement : identifying local platforms (including community facebook groups, newsletters, forums) to promote selectability's activities and service Media relations: foster relationships with local media outlets to enhance the visibility of selectability's initiatives and events in regional Queensland Support: ensure each region's activities and successes are featured in selectability's internal and external communications channels, including newsletters, social media, and website content Reporting and analysis: track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns, using insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes Brand consistency: ensure that all marketing materials and activities are consistent with selectability's brand guidelines and overall messaging At selectability, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.
About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have: an understanding of mental health, NDIS or community services sector (highly desirable) experience in creating content for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with different audiences a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes passion for making a positive difference in people's lives positive, can-do attitude Role Requirements a degree/diploma in marketing, communications or business (highly desirable) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role high-level of proficiency with microsoft office suite, canva, mailchimp or similar a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing) a current yellow card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence About the offer The regional marketing officer is a permanent full-time position.
