We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator for the Australian and New Zealand markets, who will play a crucial role in driving regional marketing initiatives focusing on multi-channel lead generation, PR activities, and events.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong understanding of the local market and a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency. You will work closely with local distributors, large installers, and the regional sales team to execute marketing strategies that align with Smappee's global goals while catering to the specific needs of the Australian and New Zealand market.
Key Responsibilities: Drive growth marketing efforts, including list building, content creation, and campaign execution (email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, cold calling) tailored to the Australian and New Zealand market. Prepare a content longlist based on regional news and trends, and revise and localize global content to ensure relevance and impact in the local market. Help build targeted media list and contacts. Act as local media contact and localize press releases. Scout and evaluate potential trade shows and manage Smappee's participation, ensuring maximum exposure and lead generation. Plan and execute local partner events to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with local distributors and large installers to boost brand visibility and sales. Lead the marketing onboarding process for large partners and customers, ensuring they are fully integrated and aligned with Smappee's brand and offering. Act as the main point-of-contact for the regional sales team, delivering marketing support and ensuring seamless alignment with the global marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Regularly communicate with the HQ marketing team to ensure local strategies are aligned with global objectives and to share insights from the Australian and New Zealand market. Manage local social media planning and community management as the role evolves. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B(2C) marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and regional execution. Have a strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets, particularly in the energy or charging sectors. Have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively between regional and global teams. Have strong copywriting skills. Be proactive, with a self-starter attitude and a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency. Have the ability to create use cases from local success. Have strong organizational skills to coordinate training sessions with the team. Be willing to travel to attend trade shows or other commercial events.
