We are looking for a Regional Market Leader to join our Australia Team!
The Regional Market Leader develops and executes strategies to build our presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets and has responsibilities that span across sales, delivery, and people management. The Market Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business model to increase our presence in the Australian market, build rapport with our alliances, deepen our client relationships, and build out our local team.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
Drive the profitability of business within the market (revenue and utilization goals), with revenue expectations of $5 million in the first year.
Maintain a realization target with focus on local clients and key accounts.
Act as the face of Spaulding Ridge within the Australian market.
Identify opportunities for expansion across existing accounts.
Provide oversight across the portfolio of local engagements.
Act as the main liaison with our partners and alliances in the area.
Partner with consulting teams to build and develop relationships with alliance partners on joint sales pursuits.
Oversee the recruiting and onboarding of new bandmates.
Be a thought leader through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the market.
Responsible for the ongoing career development and growth of bandmates.
Qualifications:
Proven success building a new market or offering within a consulting environment focused on cloud technologies, specifically Anaplan, DocuSign, OneStream, and Salesforce.
Proven success in scaling a consulting organization including recruitment, retention, and development of both senior and junior business development and project delivery teams.
Deep functional and/or technical understanding of cloud-based solutions across CPM/EPM, CRM, ERP, and/or Contract Lifecycle Management.
Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects.
Experience leading engagements and project teams through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions.
Proven success in mentoring teams and demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
Proven business development skills with the ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations.
Proven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals).
Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skills.
