We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of what we can achieve. We currently operate 31 stores with another 4 on target in the new year.What would be your key responsibilities?The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all the stores, staffing, and managing performance within the WA and SA regions.Working with the Sales managers and National management team to effectively prepare for seasonal peaks and troughs, ensuring maximum productivity throughout.Identifying local business opportunities to attract new customers to the store, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.Submitting plans and proposals for your region to support growth and profitability.Driving operational standards and excellence within your region.Providing weekly coaching and mentoring with your managers at all levels.Overseeing staffing movements, recruitment, and onboarding programs for all staff within the region.Managing claims compliance, hygiene, and standards across the region.Implementing WHS policies and directives to protect staff health and safety in the workplace.Effectively managing WHS by monitoring work practices and methods, consulting with staff through toolbox talks, housekeeping inspections etc.Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role within Outdoor, Lifestyle or Retail is desirable.Experience managing sales performance across multiple locations, driving consistency and improvement.Strong track record in coaching and developing Sales Managers to enhance leadership and team performance.Skilled in analysing sales data to identify trends and implement strategies that balance performance with compliance.Leadership focused on achieving sales targets, fostering accountability, and empowering teams.Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.What's in it for you?Permanent Fulltime role, based in Canning Vale.Salary – 160K Base plus Super and Commissions.Generous discounts on company products.This role will require frequent travel.About Applying:If the above resonates with you and you are excited at the prospect of joining a successful and dynamic organisation, then please APPLY NOW!
