We're seeking a driven and visionary Regional Manager to lead and inspire the Vic West Region.
About the Role:
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the success of multiple store locations, ensuring high performance and operational excellence across the region.
You'll lead and develop large teams, creating a culture of motivation and achievement.
This role is pivotal in driving store standards, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the customer experience through impactful visual merchandising and stock management.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Set and monitor performance goals across stores, coaching store managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.Leadership and Vision: Inspire and guide store teams with a clear, motivating vision for success, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.Business Acumen: Drive solutions through identifying trends and opportunities, finding the why behind problems and raising ideas, plans and approaches for execution.Visual Merchandising: Implement creative and effective merchandising strategies to ensure our stores showcase products in an appealing and engaging way.Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring smooth operations and effective stock replenishment to meet customer demands.Customer Focus: Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores, ensuring every customer enjoys a superior shopping experience.Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a multi-store management role within a high-turnover, large-format retail environment.
