The Opportunity George & Matilda Eyecare are seeking an operations specialist to support our Tasmanian practices in a Regional Manager role. In this role you will support, develop & grow the practices in your region as well as contribute to the national operations strategy. Reporting directly to the COO, you will:
Lead by example to promote the business' vision, characteristics and overall growthDrive sales and improve the customer experience and the team's performanceCoach and develop practice managers, partners and their teams to achieve their targets, increase levels of leadership, productivity and business effectivenessSupport all recruitment and HR activities in the region, including partnering with the national HR team to train, develop and manage the performance of your teamSupport the onboarding of new practices to George & Matilda Eyecare community as our community continues to growExecution of national business initiativesDrive continuous improvement in all operational processes and more…What will you bring to the role? You will be an experienced Business or Operations Manager with a proven ability to influence change in a multi-site role. You will also possess:
At least 3 years' experience in a multi-site role within the retail industryStrong financial acumen (ability to read, understand and impact financial levers)People management and recruitment experienceExperience leading and implementing change activitiesTertiary qualifications in business and/or relevant discipline will also be highly regardedWhy us?
