Your role
As a Regional Manager Social Wellbeing at PCCS, you want to make an impact in the community using your previous leadership experience in health and community. You will oversee the delivery of a service aimed at improving the health and wellbeing in the local community and will ensure that it resonates with the personal preferences, needs, and strengths of our clients.
You will oversee the performance and efficient management of the delivery of the service and provide leadership and guidance to enable the delivery of best practice community and health initiatives
Your will be responsible for
Supporting day to day service operations
Ensuring effective delivery of service and performance
Contributing to service expansion and advancement
Facilitating integration and partnerships in the local community
Ongoing staff performance and development
