With 12+ years of operations in AU & NZ region, we have recently launched an exciting new version of the payroll product, Payce, that is set to revolutionize the market.As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executive at Manager/ Sr. Manager level to join our team and contribute to the success & growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our Payroll offering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of payroll industry to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative company.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, lead generation activities etc.Work along with leading partners in the region.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the new payroll product.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.Gather and analyse feedback from clients and prospects to continuously improve our sales approach and product offerings.Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
