Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.About the roleDue to an internal transfer, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for a Regional Manager New South Wales. In this full-time position based in Alexandria, NSW you will play a crucial role in overseeing growth and customer relationships.This is a genuine marquee role with significant growth potential in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will be able to capitalise on this opportunity quickly.The role is unique in that you will manage clients from specification and tender through to supply and installation, without having to sell through a retailer. You will build extremely strong relationships within the builders' market.You won't be alone. We have an extremely experienced internal sales team who compile all tenders, allowing maximum customer-facing time. In this position, you will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and be part of the Sales Leadership Group.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing all revenue streams to budgetMaintaining a high level of customer engagement within the builder and designer markets, with a particular focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 clientsDeveloping and implementing state-based plans that align with our already well-established national strategy, which includes growth pillars extending through FY28Overseeing the end-to-end management process from specification to quoting to supply and installationFocusing on maintaining our market-leading position, which is reflected in our high win ratesCompiling customer insights to support our growth and innovation agendaCollaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and monitor project progressAnalysing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to facilitate data-driven decision-makingWhat you need to thrive in this role:Proven experience in the building and materials marketDemonstrated expertise in the builders and designer communityA strong sales background with a hunting mentalityCollaborative and able to engage cross-functionallySolid understanding of the project cycleWhy Lotus Doors?When you join the Lotus team, you join a team of diverse and passionate people who are proud of the products we make and sell.
