In line with our exciting growth, a fantastic new opportunity exists for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our new teams based in Orange, NSW.
This is a role where the incumbent is responsible to plan and manage the sales and operations to ensure the efficient and effective flow of operations to the customer base.
The opportunity : Reporting to the Regional NSW Manager, the focus of your role will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities and all branch operations within the Orange and Wagga Wagga region to ensure efficient day to day running of the branches in a profitable and highly professional manner.
Duties include but not limited to: Develop and execute sale strategies to grow sales in the designated region.
Promotes the marketing of Polyaire products/service, developing new customers through the application of selling skills Prepares regular reports on business calls and related activities including complaints, questions in regards to products and sales trends for analysis by management Utilises the company CRM (HubSpot) to ensure all customers interactions are recorded and actioned.
Informs customers of new products and price movements and maintains contact to suit their requirements in stock control and reordering Ascertain competitor activity and other relevant information and report this to management.
Supervise planning and layout of branches Manage HR issues and perform performance reviews as required Lead, develop and drive team performance through effective people management strategies, fostering high levels of engagement Ensure regular performance conversations, providing constructive feedback, support, guidance, and coaching across the branch employees Work with all departments to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction.
Management of safety, quality and the overall presentation of the store, warehouse and office are to the highest standards Ensure compliance with all procedures and build a brand new strong WHS culture.
As the Regional Manager you will have: Significant experience in both sales and operations, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drives sales and operational efficiency.
Strong in building customer relationships and delivering expectations Strong stakeholder management skill to successfully manage a wide network of relationships.
Demonstrate your high levels of emotional intelligence and people leadership accountability Strong business acumen with proven track record in a similar role Excellent customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively Demonstrate good business acumen and analytical capabilities.
