Your role will be to oversee 2 programs, a therapeutic family preservation program, and a foster care program.
You will provide a supportive management style, ensuring that the services run in line with their contractual obligations, follow best practice guidelines and ensure excellent outcomes for children, young people and families as well as assisting with the growth of services and business analysis in the region.CRITERIA

Degree qualifications in Social Work or related field.
(Postgraduate qualification highly regarded).Proven experience in managing multiple programs within the child welfare, out-of-home care, or related sectors.Organisational leadership experience.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.Drivers licence.FURTHER INFO
