Regional Manager of Student Achievement (Various regions in Florida) Higher Education Institution Florida (Remote with travel throughout the assigned region) Salary Range is $55,000 to $58,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience Several terrific Regional Manager of Student Achievement positions with a Florida-based college. These fully remote positions will focus on improving outcomes for middle and high school students in various areas of the state. There will be extensive relationship-building efforts with stakeholders including district administration, school leadership, colleges, parents, and students. The Regional Managers will learn the needs of their assigned districts and initiate efforts to increase access to postsecondary education programs. Typical responsibilities will include identifying school district partners, conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, building relationships, developing action plans, overseeing grant funding disbursements, and implementing workshops to promote student success.
Qualified candidates should have approximately 2+ years of relevant experience, including time working for or collaborating with a K-12 school system. Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred. Successful candidates will be able to work collaboratively or independently as needed. Active Florida driver's license is required. These positions are based in Florida and currently operate remotely with extensive time spent traveling within the assigned region. These positions are funded by a grant that has been awarded for 3 years with an option to renew.
