Who Is Novaskill? Novaskill is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Organisation (RTO & GTO) which offers a wide range of Vocational Education and Training pathways to our communities. Our footprint is established with 7 locations branching from Northern NSW all the way down to the Central Coast.
We offer introductory and continuing education in Business, Hospitality, Construction, Carpentry, Horticulture, Individual Support, Aged care, Disability and Training & Assessment.

What is the role? The Regional Manager will drive Novaskill's business across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area, continuing to service and grow our already large customer base. You will directly contribute to Novaskill's brand and industry reputation as a leading training and employment provider. You will create and manage client relationships directly whilst liaising with key stakeholders daily and overseeing the local team.
Responsibilities Include: Client management & retention Engaging with key stakeholders Drive high performance across the team and maintain a positive team culture Develop forecasts, financial goals and business plans in line with strategic company objectives Establishing Novaskill's presence in the local community Creating and maintaining business relationships About You: Minimum 2 years experience in overseeing operations of a high performing team Sales and Business Development Experience Local community knowledge and connections High level of communication skills and computer literacy People person with an interest in networking and developing relationships Hold a current valid drivers license Experience in the VET sector is desirable, however not mandatory Why Choose Novaskill?
