Child Australia is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on the future of early childhood education in the Northern Territory. The Organisation Child Australia is an early childhood education and care organisation providing services throughout Western Australia and Northern Territory regions. Working collaboratively with children, their parents, families, early childhood professionals and the local community, we aim to develop and expand the education and care that children receive within their first years of life.

The Opportunity As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability, compliance, and growth of Child Australia's service delivery. Your leadership will drive results across key areas, including quality service delivery, relationship management, strategic positioning, business development, compliance, and people development.
Key role responsibilities include: Lead and oversee service delivery operations, ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards Focus on quality practice improvement across all services Establish and nurture stakeholder relationships to drive strategic positioning and business development Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting their professional growth Participate in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and effective resource utilisation Represent the organisation positively across all internal and external interactions Selection Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualification (early childhood/education/training/management).
