About the RoleThe Regional Manager, Home and Living Support will lead theirteam of Disability Support Workers to support the provision of ahigh level of customer service to our clients and their familieswith a focus on supporting the management ofcoordination ofsupports, community access and psychosocial services across theLimestone Coast.
Current services exist in Mt Gambier, Millicentand Penola with a desire to grow the services further.As Regional Manager you will have outstanding interpersonalskills to manage organisational issues, negotiate individualservice agreements and outcomes and develop and motivate staff.
TheRegional Manager will be required to understand and implementeffective staff management and build positive relationships withfamilies in addition to managing and influencing change.
