Regional Manager- Intensive Therapeutic Care Are you passionate about creating a lasting impact in the lives of young people with complex needs?
Anglicare is seeking an experienced and dedicated ITC Regional Manager to oversee and guide Therapeutic Care Services across our Residential Homes. This pivotal role is key to supporting vulnerable children and young people's journey toward healing and long-term stability.
As the ITC Regional Manager, you will:
Lead and mentor Therapeutic Care Teams, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed care within a culturally safe framework. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, to provide holistic, wrap-around support. Manage operations, supervise staff, and oversee the therapeutic care framework that helps children and young people transition to permanent care. Strong financial acumen desired - you can strategise and maintain budgets. Ensure compliance with training and maintaining high standards of care through proactive planning. Ensure strong compliance and governance of the program as per DCJ and OCG guidelines. Thorough understanding of the ten essential elements of ITC. We're looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. At least three years of experience in Permanency Support or Out-of-Home Care. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and manage complex situations. A deep understanding of trauma-informed care principles and experience applying them in practice. At Anglicare, we offer:
A competitive salary range of $115,000 to $119,000 plus 11.5% super. Beneficial salary packaging under Anglicare's PBI status.
