Salary: $115K-$119k (SCHADS Level 7) + Super and Salary Packaging
Job Summary: We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead service delivery across suicide prevention, mental health, and housing and homelessness services.

About the Role:
The organisation we are representing is looking for a Regional Manager based in Wollongong with hybrid working options available.
The role will oversee direct line management and service delivery across a range of programs.
Key Duties:
Lead geographic service delivery which could include Suicide Prevention, Mental Health, and Housing and Homelessness services Manage and leverage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Ensure program and project deliverables are in line with relevant contracts and expectations Provide line management supervision and support to staff Identify opportunities within the organisation's strategic plan and business transformation objectives Skills & Experience:
Experience in driving clinical innovation, governance, and policy Relevant Tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Allied Health) Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills Working knowledge and understanding of State and Federal Government policies, acts, and legislation Hold a current 'C' class driver licence You will also have or be willing to undergo a relevant state Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Hold full registration with AHPRA or AASW membership Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport How to apply:
