This role is responsible for all aspects of business for Black & White Cabs operations in Central Queensland (Rockhampton and Yeppoon) and accountable for the entire business performance.
Managing a small team plus contractors & taxi operators, you will foster a safe and respectful workplace, ensuring your team upholds the company "DRIVA" values and has a relentless focus on customer satisfaction with a sustainable growth mindset.
The role includes working with all sectors of business (government, private and not for profit) with particular focus on developing deep customer relationships.
Your ability to develop business opportunities and engage & lead within the local community is an essential part of this role.

As the Central Queensland (CQ) Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations for our Rockhampton-based business, with a strong focus on increasing bookings, driver recruitment and retention, service excellence, and compliance.

Overview of the role:Manage small fleet of taxis including driver rosters and vehicle maintenanceAchieve fleet size and sales targets for the regionFacilitate staff training and development to upskill your teamDrive, coach and deliver exceptional customer service standards for the regionExecute a plan for driver recruitment and retentionManage escalated customer complaints to ensure they are promptly dealt withEnsure regulatory and company compliance standards are metProactively manage the business in the region and make yourself the "go to" person for personalised public transport in CQ.Position requirements:Be an inspirational leader.
