Job Description
As an experienced Operations Leader, you will be well versed in multi-site field leadership, have strong commercial acumen, be versatile, patient, adaptable and above all, have a commitment to growing and developing your team.
You will have experience in managing your own profit and loss and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract / service delivery. In addition, you're a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety & kitchen standards, especially HACCP & ISO. You can delegate effectively, lead by example and drive performance to achieve outcomes.

You will be responsible for a cluster of Villages across NSW, Qld and WA)Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, high performing & stable teamStrong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls and rosteringExperience within service, accommodation or hospitality industryManual C Class driver's licenseCurrently have or willing to obtain a clear National Police Clearance under 6 months oldKnowledge of rostering & time and attendanceExtensive knowledge of volume commercial catering practices and processesIdeally a degree in Business or Hospitality (preferred but not essential)You Will Be Able To Showcase Exceptional business management skillsSound financial analysis skillsComfortable with data and regular reportingExcellent attention to detail across reporting and service deliveryHighly developed field leadership skills and the ability to develop a high performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer serviceAbout Us
