Our values caring, commitment, strengths, community, enabling.Role Overview :The Regional Manager holds a critical position in overseeing the Help at Home team, ensuring the consistent delivery of care, compliant with aged care standards.As a part of the senior leadership team, this role entails the vital responsibility of ensuring that staff and systems are suitably equipped to meet the diverse needs of clients.Client safety and risk management are at the forefront of this role.You will possess high attention to detail to support worker scheduling, training initiatives, performance management strategies, and adherence to established standards.You will supervise the administrative aspects of programs, analyse data crucial for client services, manage associated costs, and oversee financial performance across numerous funding streams.Serving as a leader within the organisation, you will monitor client support plans and play an advisory role for the director of home care programs, adeptly navigating through operational challenges in the regional facilities and their delivery of care.The Regional Manager plays a role in driving operational efficiency and fostering client satisfaction.
