Your team will process high volume, complex transactions and provide advice in relation to a vast range of DoT services and projects including Driver and Vehicle Services, Practical Driving Assessments, Marine Safety, On-demand Transport, and Coastal Infrastructure interests.You will drive change within the centre, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure business outcomes and objectives are met. You will also be leading change management initiatives that aim to future proof the business and ensuring its longevity in the regions.Our ideal candidate will be agile, solutions focused and flexible in their approach.
