The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable leader to manage the operations of our transport service centres in the Kalgoorlie - Esperance Region. Based in our Kalgoorlie office you will be working with a fantastic team in a fast-paced customer-focused environment that delivers a wide range of services across the region. This position is responsible for the human, physical and operational functions in the delivery of counter operations, practical driving assessments as well as the provision of Remote Services. Your team will process high volume, complex transactions and provide advice in relation to a vast range of DoT services and projects including Driver and Vehicle Services, Practical Driving Assessments, Marine Safety, On-demand Transport, and Coastal Infrastructure interests.
You will drive change within the centre, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure business outcomes and objectives are met. You will also be leading change management initiatives that aim to future-proof the business and ensure its longevity in the regions.

You will be a strong leader with the ability to manage a diverse team and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
