Leadership is second nature, and you thrive on inspiring and motivating those around you.You are degree qualified Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience post-grad and have been involved in UF/membrane technologies within the water treatment space.Positions at this level obviously rely on relevant skills and previous experience, but success largely hinges on 'fit'.
