The Regional Manager role will support a group of centres on Brisbane's Northside commencing mid to late January 2025.What you'll be doing:Lead, coach, and inspire teams to exceed commercial, quality, and compliance goals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across your region to exceed the NQS.Demonstrate a strong business ethos in understanding business operations including human resources, sector compliance, marketing, and finance reporting.Exhibit extensive and balanced management and leadership skills.Utilize excellent people management and interpersonal skills.Monitor and support services to meet financial, quality, and operational targets.Build strong relationships within the community and across the Canopy Early Education group.What we are looking for:Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a multi-site leadership role within the Early Childhood Education sector supported by business management qualifications (desirable).Strong understanding of and experience implementing the National Quality Framework and Early Years Frameworks.Experience in supporting a positive and inclusive team environment with a confident leading and mentoring approach.Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve organizational and compliance processes.Detailed knowledge of early education and CCMS software platforms.Demonstrated competency in early learning administration including report writing, financial, and budget management.Possess great communication and interpersonal skills as well as effective problem-solving abilities.Current Blue Card, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain) and open Driver's Licence.What we offer:A competitive salary package based on individual skill and experience and car allowance.The opportunity to join an inclusive family-valued organization at a high growth phase.Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional career development and support from a collaborative Senior Leadership and Operations team.A rewarding and empowering role that allows you to grow with the group.The chance to travel to work hands-on with the teams in the centres.About usCanopy Early Education is a leading provider of childcare and educational services, committed to nurturing the growth and development of children across South-East Queensland.
