Position: Regional Manager

Salary: $250k+ STI bonus at 15%
You are passionate about remediating industrial groundwater. You have spent years at SPM level and are ready for this step into business unit leadership across QLD/NT/WA. Take the reins of a $15 million part of this national business and steer it further into success in the Environmental Services space. Use your strategic thinking prowess to further harness profitability across your region and ensure that your division's 35 headcount and direct reports are empowered to execute the plan.
You will have worked across multi-discipline projects and preferably on programs of work so that the understanding of asset management is also in your repertoire. Leadership is second nature, and you thrive on inspiring and motivating those around you.
You are degree qualified in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience post-grad and have been involved in UF/membrane technologies within the water treatment space.
Positions at this level obviously rely on relevant skills and previous experience, but success largely hinges on 'fit'. Coming into a business at this level you must be on board with the vision and path that the company is heading toward. A strong communicator, passionate leader, and challenger of 'the norm', you are driven to make a positive impact on the environment that we live in.
