The Position
Motivate and manage a team of Facility Supervisors in public school-based sites, driving the quality and efficiency of the facility maintenance worksDaily review of data, reporting sites activityManagement of client relationships and customer service - drive the performance of the teams and ensure the client expectations are not just meet but exceededEstablishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followedThe Person
Strong team and client management experienceStrong computer and experience across all Microsoft programsDemonstrate a safety culture centric attitudeBe able and willing to travel throughout the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regionsHappy to step into Facility Manager roles as cover when requiredDemonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressureFacility & Asset Management experience (desirable)Commitment to continuous improvementPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHave a valid and current driving licenceThe successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, and Blue Card Application.The Benefits
