ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Branch Managers across the region to implement the Company's strategic vision. You will oversee and lead the operational plans for the region, focusing on key areas such as safety, sales growth, service levels, logistics, inventory, team member performance, business development, and financial outcomes. Managing a team of up to 10 Branch Managers dispersed throughout Northern Victoria and Southern New South Wales, you will drive the execution of these plans while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and team success.
With a strong focus on sales performance, you will build and foster trusted relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions without ever compromising on service excellence. You will also keep a close eye on market trends and competitors, actively seeking out new customer relationships and sales opportunities. Your expertise in cost management will be critical as you pursue operational efficiencies and work to reduce operating expenditure. Collaborating strategically with Branch Managers and support functions, you will enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and maintain a safety-first approach while delivering exceptional customer service.
