About the Role
Step into a key leadership position overseeing diverse community services across Central Australia and the Barkly region. In this dynamic role, you will manage teams, lead projects, and drive community-focused initiatives aimed at building safe, inclusive, and resilient communities. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring program performance, managing regional infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred services. The role involves regular travel across the region, participation in strategic planning, and collaboration with community leaders and government agencies to support capacity building and service excellence.

The Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in human services or a related field, with eligibility for professional registration.
Extensive experience in case work, service coordination, and managing multidisciplinary teams within the community services sector
Strong leadership skills, with a focus on development, justice, and collaboration with Aboriginal Organisations
Proven financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and monitoring performance against targets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation in high-level meetings
Demonstrated ability to work within a culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive framework
Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance, National Police History Check, and NT Driver's Licence required
