This is for a Permanent or Fixed Term Fulltime appointment at 76 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Solid experience in the delivery of human resource management consultancy and quality support services for a busy operational team.Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service across a range of locations.Well developed conceptual and analytical skills for critical thinking, HR operational planning, change management and problem solving.Interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution, to develop constructive relationships in a diverse workforce.Current knowledge of and the ability to interpret complex legislative employment obligations, with a thorough understanding of how these impact on the employment relationship and service delivery.Position Profile: The RMHR position is a leadership and management role with accountability for human resources and employee relations (HR/ER) service delivery within regional and remote WA areas. The position has responsibility for team management, high level HR/ER advice and support across the state, operational planning, quality assurance, compliance, and alignment of the regional HR/ER function with WACHS strategic objectives. The RHRM represents People, Capability and Culture (PCC) as a member of the Regional Executive.
